  • Little Warriors (Ages 5-7)

    Through a playful and engaging approach, we help children develop foundational skills that will not only help them in martial arts but also in everyday life. Our Little Warrior class is an excellent way for young children to gain the physical and mental benefits of martial arts while learning in a fun and supportive environment.

    During each class, our experienced instructors provide a safe and supportive environment where children can improve their martial arts skills and overall fitness. We emphasize basic strength drills and exercises to help kids develop core strength and motor skills. We also incorporate martial arts techniques and drills to build coordination, agility, and self-confidence.

  • Precision Performance (Kids & Teens)

    The Precision Performance Classes are designed for kids (ages 8-12) and teenagers (ages 13-17) who are interested in becoming true warrior athletes. In these classes, we combine strength and conditioning exercises with martial arts self-defense techniques and holistic health practices to create a unique and effective training program.

    Our classes are designed to be challenging yet rewarding, with a focus on building strength, speed, agility, and endurance. We also teach a variety of self-defense techniques rooted in martial arts traditions, as well as mindfulness and holistic practices to promote overall wellness.

    Whether your goal is to improve your athletic performance, increase your self-confidence and resilience, or simply feel your best, the Precision Class can help get you there. Our program is designed to help you build the foundation of a true warrior athlete - one that is strong, focused, and capable of overcoming any challenge that comes your way.

  • Precision Fitness (Ages 16+)

    The Adult Class at Precision Martial Arts and Fitness (ages 16 and up) is designed to help you reach your peak physical and mental performance, while promoting overall wellness. Each class features customized workouts that include a mix of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, self-defense techniques, and in-class recovery techniques.

    Our head coach TJ Curry will guide you through each exercise, providing guidance, feedback, and support every step of the way. This allows you to develop proper technique and form, while also pushing yourself to achieve your goals.

    In class you will use variety of dumbells, kettlebells, bulgarian bags, and/or body weight.
